Concept Proposal & Quotation

Contract
Once the proposal, investment cost, and lead time are finalized and agreed upon, we move to a formal contract.
Detailed Engineering (Mech / Elec / Software)
Experienced engineers perform ground-up design work. We integrate mechanical design, electrical circuitry, and control software development into a comprehensive engineering package. Design Reviews (DR) with the client are conducted to ensure alignment.
Fabrication & Procurement
We manage the procurement of commercial components and the fabrication of custom-machined parts through our internal facility or trusted partner network based on the finalized engineering drawings.
In-house Assembly & Integration
All components are assembled at our facility. From mechanical assembly to wiring, piping, and control panel integration, we manage the entire build process.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & Debugging
The machine is powered on and undergoes rigorous testing to verify performance against design specs. Clients are invited to our facility for pre-shipment inspection and functional verification (Factory Acceptance Test).
Delivery & Site Installation
The completed equipment is transported to your facility and installed at the designated location.
SAT (Site Acceptance Test) & Commissioning
We perform final operational tests and adjustments within your actual production environment, ensuring seamless integration with utilities (power, air) and peripheral equipment.
Handover & Training
Final sign-off occurs after verifying that all specifications and performance metrics are met. We also provide operational training for operators and maintenance briefings for your technical staff.
After-sales Support
We provide comprehensive support to ensure long-term stable operation. Since our engineers handled the design and build, we offer rapid response for periodic maintenance and future system upgrades.
